Welcome to my brand new baby blog.

I'm going to preface this whole thing by confessing that I'm really bad at blogging or journaling or anything that requires regularity and discipline, but I'm going to give this one more shot and take it slow, without setting myself up for failure by expecting too much.

This is just going to be a fun space where I will share notes on design, art, illustration, crafts, food - maybe even some parenting sprinkled here and there.

Today I want to share a picture I took this morning of my brand new business cards. I designed these last week and placed an order with the amazing people at MOO.com, and received them in the mail yesterday. I would love me some thick fluffy letterpress cards but at the moment I can't afford that, so I went with the next best. I love the size and shape of these, and they printed them exactly the way I wanted. I also ordered a few other goodies which I can't wait to reveal soon - some will be up for sale as well inshAllah.
